1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ROTA (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

ROTA allows you to record videos using front and rear cameras simultaneously and use navigation features.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with local regulations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

ROTA Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Renewal charges will be applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

Payments and renewals are handled by Apple Inc.; the developer never accesses your billing or card information.

Partial-period refunds are not provided once the subscription is activated.

4. Free Trial

ROTA offers a 3-hour free trial. After the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using premium features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality in the App are owned by the developer and protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer

ROTA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for data loss or device malfunction arising from use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

The developer may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on the official website, with the effective date shown at the top.
